Project stuck on "Restarting" for over 5 hours so far

authI woke up today to find my backend is "Restarting" - the supabase message is: "Restarting can take a few minutes. Your project will be offline while it restarts." I did not initiate this restart. I have not hit any usage caps/limits. I reached out to Support on Pro Plan and haven't heard anything back. My whole system is completely unoperational.
