Account Ban No Hardware Ban

My friend and I both got our accounts permanently banned even though we havent cheated since 6 months ago when the IOMMU update broke our DMA. We never cheated on the accounts we just got banned on but i dont even care about that anymore.
Please give us hardware id bans so we can serve our 4 months then continue playing legit without being stuck in limbo and fear of randomly getting banned when we’ve retired from cheating. We waited a few days and can still play just fine on fresh accounts or alts, so please ban our hardware ids.
