I am experiencing an issue with the custom dropdown menus in BattleMetrics, and I’m not sure whether this is a user-side problem or something on the BattleMetrics side.
I have full permissions and access rights to everything within BattleMetrics. When I click “Add Ban”, I can see all the predefined dropdown menus that we have configured, so those are working correctly in that specific context.
However, under “Demand Commander”, I do not see any of the custom dropdown menus that are supposed to be available there.
To clarify: we have three custom dropdown menus configured one for Kick, one for Warn, and one for Ban and none of these appear for me under Demand Commander.
The only place where I can currently access these dropdown menus is when I manually use “Add Ban”, where the dropdowns appear correctly. However, this is not the intended workflow.
The purpose of these dropdown menus is to allow quick and easy actions directly under Demand Commander, which is currently not possible for me since the dropdowns are missing there.
What makes this issue especially confusing is that all other admins and moderators can see and use these dropdown menus under Demand Commander, even users with fewer permissions than mine. I am the only one affected by this issue.
We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Tested with two different browsers
Cleared browser caches
Disabled and removed ad blockers for the BattleMetrics website
Removed my account and re-invited it, then reassigned all permissions again
Despite all of this, the dropdown menus for Kick, Warn, and Ban still do not appear under Demand Commander.
At this point, I’m unsure whether this issue is related to my account, permissions, or a technical issue on the BattleMetrics side. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
