Banned for a year for "trolling"

I got hit with a 365 day ban due to "intentionally trying to lose a match" which I never even did lmfao and I contacted support on Feb 12th but they just never replied, can anyone help me? (no I have never tried to intentionally lose a game in my life I was on my gold rankup why would I do that)
