Trying to boot into live ISO for install but stuck on splash screen

Hi, I'm trying to install bazzite on a secondary NVMe via a USB drive. I boot to USB, select either Bazzite live ISO or the basic graphic mode, then it'll boot to the splash screen with bazzite logo on the bottom and a loading circle on top. It just gets stuck here.
I've tried enabling/disabling secure boot, tried a different USB stick and it all gets stuck here.
When I press esc, it looks to be the terminal and shows this.
Nothing I've tried has been working so far, and I'm on a Radeon graphics not nvidia.
Any idea what's going on?

you can try:
cold booting
removing literally every usb aside from that stick and booting (also keep the keyboard plugged in)
