Change of lost email connected to Valorant acc

Hi, does anyone know how can i change my lost email that is connected to my Valorant acc? I didnt really care previously because only i had the password, but now i have to ''verify'' before playing ranked, which i obviously cant do since i have no access to my old email...
I can normally log in on my acc, play unrated, etc... but i would like to change my email and verify it with Riot mobile
When i raise ticket via my alt account, tickets literally disappear from the riot support website...
