Multi Agent bindings and delivery being ignored

Using discord, I have multiple agents configured as apps all bound to their own channel, each having their own bot account and their account token is setup as an account in openclaw. This was working until yesterday when I tried to enable voice channel skill, they are all now posting to other channels when their cron job runs. Its not random though they the main account is posting to a worker-dev-01 channel whenever their cron fires even though they have delivery set the their main channel.
They are also no longer able to access keys stored in env vars in the openclaw session.
