console voice chat not working?

I’m playing Valorant on Xbox with a headset and mic. My mic seems to be working because I see the voice icon when I talk, and my duo (on PS5) can hear me. The problem is I can’t hear the rest of my team in voice chat, but my duo can hear them. I’ve checked my settings and everything looks fine.
Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it?
