Can’t sign in anymore

As of yesterday afternoon I have been unable to log into my riot app and valorant account. I keep getting the same error message about potentially needing to update my account. However when I try to update my account I am asked to log into which I cannot. I submitted an account recovery ticket and the response was basically send another one and that’s my only option. I was wondering if any of you had the same issue ever and how you dealt with it. I don’t want to lose my account as I have spent a lot of money on skins
