In cant install 2026.3.1 when gateway restarts is says Version 2026.2.26

I have tried to install the new 2026.3.1 using openclaw update, npm update -g openclaw , uninstalling openclaw and rerunning the installer, and I see this. The installer says its installing 2026.3.1, but then openclaw doctor runs, it says 2026.2.26:
