Aemondir Vandal's Bayonette not showing for others?

Hello today I found out with my friend that the Aemondir Vandal's big knife looking part infront of the weapon isn't showing at all for others, ive got it maxed at level 3 and it for others just have that basic level 1 look WITHOUT the big ''knife'' and I've got it equiped as level 3 so why is this, I bought it cause it looks cool but something is clearly wrong I guess or I hope or else I feel scammed.
