Unrightfull weird ban

Hello, you guys probably see msgs like this a lot, but basically, my game kept kicking me and i kept joining back, afterwards it showed me a ban message i put here, if you read it ull realise something odd, the ban is for today and presumably lasts a minute???? It says its for third party app usage, i however have never downloaded anything remotely close to cheating stuff, i only downloaded a tracker the one everyone uses and swiftly deleted it a week or so ago because i never used it after a while. Im confused, what can i do to make sure this doesn’t happen again? Im scared to start my game cause i feel like ill get banned for something i didn’t even do.
