Help with Warp Certificate error

WARP⚔️Security🛡️Zero Trust

I have a user seeing - we do not have any custom CAs or custom certs, the WARP certificate is valid and its only happening to a singular user. We had them do a reinstall of WARP client and reauthenticated. is there something else I am missing for them to do?
