stuttering

ever since i got my pc, valorant has stuttered and freezed for 5-10 seconds everytime it does stutter or freeze, it also makes my pc freeze and stutter after I have closed Valorant. I have tried genuinely everything except just wiping my computer, I’ve gone to riot support and attempted a clean boot and all sorts of other things. Should I wipe my computer or is there anyone else who had this problem after getting a new computer and knows what to do?
