New user trying to remove 10gb limit on self-hosted instance on Windows with Docker.

I'm on Windows with Docker and I was able to get Ente.io up and running locally. But for some reason I can't seem to figure out how to remove the 10 gb storage limit. When I try to upload more photos, it does not allow me to and it says I've reached my max.
Also, I'm a bit confused as to where the actual data is being stored. I made a folder /ente/my-ente. And inside that folder there is a folder called "data" , but it's empty. I'd just like to verify where it is being stored. In theory in the 'compose.yaml' file, it should be there, right?
