System just suddenly made itself read only.

I had a bunch of issue setting up bazzite but after I got them resolved was using it for like 3 days only in game mode on my pc (that i turned into a console), after trying to update in steam, system suddenly became read only, I can’t update it or transfer any games through steam on a second drive.
