Bot fight allow issue

We have multiple accounts. An entreprise for the prod domain and an free account for the development domain.
Since recently, our embedded webbrowser control for a login page started to have an issue on the dev ( = free) domain.
It's not happening in prod.
It's adding an iframe that references a script to /cdn-cgi/challenge-platform/..../main.js
The script shows a dialog on "crypto is undefined" or "bind is undefined".
We tried adding the page in the allow rule or security rule ( free tier), didn't work.
Is there a way to circumvent the bot challenge?
Note: Outside of the plans page, there's currently no way to know the root cause could be the free tier.
