I got ban AFK for no reason #

I didn’t play the game sense 1 week we have war you know the news when i logged in today i found i got penalty for 7 days and i did t even play i have 2FA and i can check if some one joined and i am really sure it was not me and none of my friends use the account even the pc no one touched it i have password they cant even use my pc also i have private gmail so no one can reset password
