Printhead moving outside max Y set in 400.cfg

I noticed my fan collides with my motor mounts when at max Y and min/max X. Using the interface my max Y is at 430 and not 400 as it shows in 400.cfg
I'd like to adjust them to avoid collisions in the future but not sure since the values don't actually line up. The position_max for X seems to work as I can't go past 457.7 but for position_max for Y I can go to 430
This has not happened during normal printing but while testing range of movement for my new cable management. I am using MRW motor mounts but I believe they are not that much larger (if at all) than stock)
