Agent cannot use tool or exec

When main or discord agent is trying to run a task, it gives me this error for the past 3 days: "I'm having persistent tool invocation failures." or "I'm having system issues - the exec tool isn't responding."
I am using ollama/kimi-k2.5:cloud since yesterday - before that I was using ollama/minimax-m2.5:cloud
I'm trying to get it to update code on a VPS and a Pi - but it cannot. It was intermittent before but now it is not able to at all.
Any ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated?

tools.allow[]From the docs/config reference there’s a Discord switch that matters a lot here:
