Need exec tool access for Discord agent

I’m running OpenClaw Gateway 2026.3.2 on my Mac mini (Ferncliff). My Discord agent (agent:main:discord:direct:1467277960599044281, bot @Unknown user) is only exposing messaging/session tools — no exec/web/file access — so it can’t run Lovable/git commands. What I’ve tried:
openclaw doctor --fix (twice)
Removed the duplicate gateway (ai.openclaw.gateway)
Cleared ANTHROPIC_API_KEY and re-authenticated Claude
openclaw config set gateway.mode local + restart
Gateway status is healthy, but the session still lacks exec tools. Can you enable the exec/web tools for this discord agent, or advise how to move it into a session that supports them?
