False Permanenet Ban for use of third party software

SolvedHello, 2 years ago I got a permanent suspension on my account for the use of third party software, I played on that account for more than 4 years and spent a lot of money on it, I was on vacation and found out that I got this ban when I came back, coincidentally 4 of my friends also got banned at the same time for the use of third party software.
We've all sent many tickets over the past two years but no one has come to help us, please help a brother out
