I lost exotic pity by something

I just bought 100 spins for 2998 robux and I was spinning and was at around 240+ or 245+ pity for exotic and then something took my pity away and I didn't see anything happen to my credits or aether or disasters and i tried spinning again but i had 5 spins left after getting my exotic pity to 0 and its now 5 how did my pity get taken?
