❔Question🎮In-game Issue

I get this almost every game when i play, its been a while and it caused me match bans i thought it was a connection issue but i didnt get disconnected from a discord vc while playing with my friends, every time i restart it seems to be stuck on the loading sceeen and i have to restart my pc everytime this happens.. if anyone has any info on how to fix this, i would rly appreciate it
