mic is in slow motion?

My partner and I have different headsets. In the games we play, our teammates hear our mics slow. I have attempted going into my mics app n changing it but i sound normal. I tried a loopback test in valorant and i sound normal as well? its so weird.; The only thing helping is a VPN so far. Any other permanent fixes?
