MakeMKV/VLC Integration Issue

Hello, Typically I use VLC to watch all my media, for my physical bluray's I use MakeMKV with the VLC Integration enabled for decryption on the disc.
When I go to enable VLC its not listed as an option. I believe this is due to Bazzite containerizing each app from the package manager and was wondering what the best way around this would be.
