Timer too close with webcam V-core 4.1 hybrid 300

So i have a problem with running a usb webcam connected to PI. I have connected via usb BTT hdmi7, octo board, toolboard and very old logitech webcam running at 600p and 8fps now and everything works perfectly. I just upgraded from 4 to 4.1 and changed webcam fps to 30 and everytime i have problem with klipper randomly shutting down. When i drop the refreshrate to around 10fps everything works perfectly but i have poor cam quality. What webcam can i use to not connect to PI? How to do this? Maybe somebody have nice clean setup for something like this? I want to turn on the printer and the camera should do the same and just connect and work seamlessly.
