Thank you for sharing them. Let me explain why you are still unable to access your account, and what you need to do.
Your latest recovery result (black one), is not an account recovery request. You only asked to link a new email address to your account, which is not helpful because there is a phone number verification blocking you from accessing your account.
You need to submit a new claim, and this time choose the Account Recovery option. This will unlink all login methods currently connected to your account, including email and mobile number. Once approved, you will be able to log back into your account.
