Hello, I wanna turn off the notification that friends get when I'm online " like this one your connected friend __ is online" how do I do it? I don't want others to get notification every time I go online

There is no way for you to turn this off unfortunately. This is something that your friends can turn off themselves if they don’t wish to see the notification.
