Bazzite freezing (NVIDIA/INTEL)

I've been using bazzite for a few months now, and I've had it randomly freeze in varying degrees, some soft freezes like not being able to click on anything but being able to scroll on websites for example.
But recently I've been having hard freezes, causing every application to freeze, sometimes even causing applications to fully close. Usually to soft freezes happens when doing light stuff like browsing, the heavy freezes usually happen when gaming while using discord.
My guess it has something to do with either KDE or discord, I haven't managed to "get-logs" when it has happened but I'll post my logs right now anyway (and update the thread with newer logs if it happens again):
