Rx6400 upgrade issues

Hey everyone. I've been experiencing issues with bazzite once upgrading my current setup with a XFX RX6400. It will basically only use the big picture mode on boot when the graphics card is removed and the system reverts back to the AMD Vega 7 on-board graphics. Try to return and it kicks me back out.
Issue disappears when I remove the card and used the Ryzen on-board graphics again.
There is also somehow on my HP computer I'm using no way to switch over to the dGPU in the bios. (Never experienced this before on any computer)
I will get a display. (After some time) On the RX however it point blank refuses to display anything in the bios.
Is there a configuration I'm missing? Is this to do with being able to change to the card in the bios?
