Google account compromised that has SSO

It's exactly what it sounds like. My main email associated with my entire account has been entirely compromised and I'm not sure what to do about this. I have the billing information etc to confirm I'm the real owner of course; What can I do, where should I go? I'm totally confused and I don't know where to go from here. Does anyone know who I should talk to?
