I have been facing high ping for the past few days and I have spoken to the internet servers provided and they have told me that share your gaming destination IP So can someone please tell me how I can share that?

I believe this information is not shared publicly. You can still try reaching out to the in-game customer service or send an email to service@pubgmobile.com to ask if they can share this information with you.
I suggest submitting a bug report for the ping issues you are facing so the PUBG MOBILE Team investigate this further.
