Our PostgreSQL database has been unreachable for 11+ hours. All REST API queries return 504 Gateway Timeout after ~130 seconds. Auth gateway responds fine (0.12s) β only the database is down.

We're a paying Pro Plan customer with a production voice platform completely offline. All services failing: scheduling, billing, audit logs, call management.
Verified: - Status page shows "All Systems Operational" β but our DB is dead - Network connectivity confirmed from multiple locations - Dashboard restore button doesn't work
Can anyone from the Supabase team help escalate this? We need the PostgreSQL instance manually restored/restarted ASAP.
