R2 Bucket, Custom Domain added but can't access

Hello. I'm trying to set up a bucket for my website. Added the custom domain at cdn.domain.com. Added the API access credentials to my app. I was able to upload images via my app, but when the website (a blog) tries to show the image, it comes up broken. Going on the cloudflare dashboard, I see the image there, but the URL it gives back also doesn't work, "This site can’t be reached". How do I diagnose?
