Is this a bug?

So I was playing in abyss to pass time and mid round I realize that i keep seeing either Jett and Sova in the mini map. And whats weirder is its only Jett and Sova. So i started testing every round. And its only them. Its either a bug or im just very laggy(idk how even tho im at 9 ping).
