Sleep not functioning properly on Xbox Ally X after 43.20260309.1 update

When putting the Xbox Ally X to sleep, the power indicator never turns off and the device can be woken up by pressing either volume button. Battery drain when in this state is noticeably faster as well.
It does appear to still be suspending the game; I tested with a game and verified that I was still in roughly the same state as when I hit the power button, but it's definitely draining faster and acting as though it's not fully sleeping.
