Screen tearing, high fps feels like low on 165 hz

Guys Ive had this problem for many years and I still havent found any fix for this, I have a 165 hz monitor and I have a decent pc I play cs2 get 300 fps and it feels smooth, play fortnite get 200 fps and feels smooth, play siege same story, but when I play valorant I get 250+ fps but it feels like I am playing on 100 fps on my 165hz monitor, it is only when I turn my resolution into a stretched resolution then it feels a bit smoother, but I really want to fix this. Please does anyone know how to fix this. I have fullscreen optimization disabled, I have multithreaded rendering on and all that shit so any other fixes?
