Diablo II Resurrected always launches windowed.

question

I've changed the setting in game multiple times, yet everytime I close the game and reopen it, it stays full-screen in game settings but changes the resolution to roughly the Steam Decks native resolution(I am on Desktop 1080p 165hz monitor). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have the desktop version of Bazzite with the non-big picture option selected when first downloading the ISO.
