Recovery Issue

I have make a ticket and got my account back from 3 days ago and today my email saying someone has requested a password reset link, i was aware someone might trying to hack my account so i changed twice, add 2fa and mfa
An hour later, the account has been taken, i have tried to make another ticket but it doesn't seems to help
Anyone know why?
