How do I enable secure boot and TPM so I can play Valorant?????????????????????????

I have been grinding this for ages, using millions of tutorials, and I still can't get Secure Boot or my TPM working. How do I do this??? I have a Lenovo computer, and it's not working. Every time I get into a game, my window just closes, and when I open my game again, I get banned/blocked for a bit because of some sort of AFK offence. I think this is because when my game closes, I'm still in the game, but not moving, because I have been blocked from my side. If I can't find the answer, I will just have to quit Valorant. Please guys. I don't want to quit. Please help me.
