Cannot sync Workflows to Prod

Hey!

I want to sync my workflows from Dev to Prod but I'm getting a

No changes to publish

No changes to publish

even tho my Prod env has no workflows whatsoever. I'm missing something in here?

Also, I noticed that in Prod env I don't have a

Bridge Endpoint URL

Bridge Endpoint URL

as I have in my Dev. Is this correct?
