I was playing Valorant normally when my computer suddenly froze and restarted on its own. When I logged back into the game, I received a restriction that prevents me from joining any matches for 333 hours.
I would like to clarify that this happened because of a technical issue with my computer, and it was completely outside of my control. I did not intentionally leave the match or try to disrupt the game in any way.
I kindly ask you to review my case and, if possible, remove or reduce the restriction on my account. I really enjoy playing Valorant and would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
