All workers on account return 1101 including "Hello World" example

WorkersI'm not sure why this is. All workers under my account return a 1101 error when browsed to. Doesn't matter if it's workers.dev domain or custom. I've also subscribed to works plan (just in case) same issue. The worker works fine in wrangler local. Workers that use to work 100% on my account are now all returning 1101. Tech Support doesn't seem to know what the issue is. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks in advance!
