Database Not Responding / Full System Outage

We are currently facing a critical issue with the database. It is not responding properly, performance is extremely slow, and the whole system is currently not working.
At the moment, we are unable to make any API calls or run SQL queries to access the project tables. We are also not able to access the tables through the Supabase UI.
I also tried to migrate to the self-hosted environment, but I immediately faced a request timeout issue and could not proceed further. At this stage, I am unable to complete any action from my side.
Please advise whether you have encountered a similar issue before, and share the possible cause and recommended resolution steps.
