All Heroic launched games are unplayably slow and laggy

Since yesterday all my games that i launch through heroic are unplayably slow and laggy and i have absolutely no clue why. They worked fine until wednesday. I did not actively change anything in heroic. Games on steam work fine so I assume it is not a system wide error.
