Free nano project stuck in 'Coming up...' for hours

My project has been stuck in "Coming up..." for several hours after unpausing it from the dashboard. The status has not changed at all during this time.
I tried pausing and unpausing again but it didn't help.
Could someone please take a look and manually restart it?
