Player can't connect to server; unusual disconnected message.

Currently having an issue on my server (Fabric 1.21.8, running serverside-only mods) where a specific player cannot log on. They're reporting getting timed out while trying to join, while the console is reporting an unusual message when they do try to join:
I tried removing them from the whitelist then readding them, blanking their coordinates in case there was an issue with where they logged off, reviewing their inventory, nothing else seems out of the ordinary except that they can't connect. Is there something I'm missing? What else can I do to help them log on? Nobody else is experiencing this problem at the moment.
