Help With Watch Dogs and Ubisoft Connect

I’m having this problem and I’ve looked everywhere and even asked GPT for help, but I still can’t fix it.
1. I tried installing Watch Dogs and it just won’t install no matter what. Then I found out I need Ubisoft Connect. I followed all the steps on GitHub and installed it, but it didn’t work.
The guide mentions that it requires extra dependencies, but it doesn’t say which ones or how to install them. It also says that Heroic should install Ubisoft Connect automatically when you try to run one of their games, but that didn’t happen for me.
I installed it manually, but Ubisoft Connect just loads and never opens. I’m new to all of this could someone please help me?
