secure boot violation

what is up my fellow gamers, I've tried practically every single thing on earth.
I had to reset my bios and now I can't enable secure boot as this happens. My bios is in UEFI mode, my partitions are in GPT, I've tried resetting the factory keys in the custom mode.
I have an A520 motherboard with an amd ryzen 5, nvidia geforce rtx 3060 and the bios is american megatrends 2023 aptio amd
